mediabloxo.com provides modular media production services including camera resource arrangement, video segment preparation, studio asset management and adaptable live reporting setups to news teams across Australia.

Payment Terms

All services are subject to agreed pricing and payment schedules outlined in your service agreement. Invoices are issued upon completion of milestones or as per contract terms. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and credit card. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with applicable Australian laws.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund if services are not provided with due care and skill, are not fit for purpose, or do not match the description provided.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of service delivery. Each request will be assessed on its merits.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date may receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds apply for cancellations on the day of service.
